Terms of Service — Urassist

1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the agreement between Şeymanur Yaman (sole proprietorship) ("Urassist", "we") and the person/business using the app ("User", "you"). By installing or using the app you accept these Terms.

2. Service description

Urassist is a SaaS tool for managing Shopify stores' products, collections, themes and content, AI-assisted text generation, and marketplace (Trendyol) integration. The service is provided "as is" and its scope may change over time.

3. Account and eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for account security (password, access).
• You must be over 18 and authorized to transact.

4. Acceptable use

Prohibited: generating unlawful content, infringing third-party rights, unauthorized scraping (import only from sources you are authorized to use), abusing/overloading the system, reverse engineering.

Scraper feature: Only import content from sources you have the right to import. The User is responsible for any copyright/trademark infringement.

5. Third-party services

Urassist integrates with third parties such as Shopify, Trendyol, and AI providers (Anthropic). Their terms and outages are outside Urassist's control.

6. Billing

• Paid plans are billed via the Shopify Billing API (Shopify collects).
• Plan upgrade/downgrade can be done in-app.
• On cancellation the app may become read-only; data is retained for a reasonable period (see Privacy Policy).
• Fees are stated on the relevant plan page; taxes are handled by Shopify.

7. Intellectual property

The app and its brand belong to Urassist. Your store data and generated content belong to you. AI output accuracy is not guaranteed; the User is responsible for reviewing before publishing.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urassist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend/close your account if you breach these Terms. You may leave anytime by uninstalling from Shopify; post-uninstall data deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of İstanbul.
